Hard Work Pays Off.
The Plan.
Where do you want to go and how will you get there? We’ll start with your objectives while understanding your history, background, and current lifestyle to create a training program with a holistic approach. This will be updated regularly and adjusted as necessary. I require a three-month minimum commitment.
The Commitment.
Communication is everything. My promise to you is that I will do everything within my power to find your best. In return, I expect my athletes to be proactive in sharing thoughts/concerns and needs that may impact the program.
The Drive.
Let’s be real. This is going to be a lot of hard work. But nothing worthwhile came easily, right? I want to see you succeed, and I want to help take you there. If you’re ready to put in some good ol’ hard work, then what are you waiting for? Let’s get connected.
Testimonials
“Ha Na was an amazing coach and helped me every step of the way through my first marathon. She wrote a plan that was challenging, interesting and flexible. With her help, I was able to reach my goal of a sub 4-hour marathon on the first try!”

“I finished my first road half marathon and during the week following the race, I knew I wanted to sign up for another one. I expressed interest in doing a trail half marathon to a friend and next thing I knew Ha Na messaged suggesting we both sign up for the Montara Mountain Trail half. I was very excited and instantly intimidated because I knew Ha Na is a serious triathlete and trains regularly. I was excited because I knew that she would provide a training schedule that would push me but allowed for rest. I was intimidated because have you seen her?! She is a machine! She organized a training timeline in a document that provided me with what kind of training day I would have, how long it would last, as well as warm up and cool down suggestions. When I would miss a day or needed suggestions/adjustments, she was available to alter the plan. Race day arrived and I felt prepared! We started out the race together, but eventually we parted because for her this was a training day for an upcoming triathlon haha! I finished the 13.1 mile, 2,900' elevation gain race in 2:30:54. I felt very proud of my time and I feel it was all thanks to Ha Na's coaching and encouragement!”

“The first thing to know about Ha Na is that she’s intense in her approach to your training. She’s driven to WIN, whatever that means for you specifically. For me, winning means getting stronger and leaner through her strength and nutrition coaching.”
